Thank you for interest in exhibiting! This conference aims to promote and strengthen interdisciplinary partnerships to increase NH’s ability to mitigate, prepare for, respond to, and recover from all hazards. It is the only one of its kind in NH attracting over 800 people from around the state involved in emergency preparedness, response, and recovery on a local, state and federal level.

It is an opportunity to make and solidify relationships through person-to-person communications and marketing. 

Booth Sizes & Rental Fees
Standard Space 8’x10’/80 sq. ft.

          $300  Businesses
          $0  Not-for-profit/State & Federal Agencies (requires approval from NHEPCPC)

Oversized Space
          8’x15’ $420       8’x20’ $540
          Includes 2 tables, 4 chairs
          Non-profits and State & Federal agencies do not qualify for oversized spaces.

Exhibits that include a vehicle inside are not allowed. Please call 603-573-3306 to discuss special requests.

What Do Exhibitors Receive?

  • 6’ covered rectangular table with two chairs in an 8’ deep x 10’ wide space. Additional space available for a fee. 
  • Free Wi-fi.
  • Access to the general sessions and breakout educational sessions.
  • Conference materials, lunch and refreshments throughout the day.
  • Listing in the exhibitor guide & on the website.
  • List of attendees with contact information (for those who consent).
  • The opportunity to speak with over 800 people throughout the day.
